Your Own Visualization Script.

Now make yourself nice and comfortable in your chair . I would like you to put your hands on your lap and to use your eyes to find a spot on one of your hands, something that you can focus all of your attention.  now that you found  that special spot and have chosen to focus all of your attention,  let yourself really concentrate on that one spot ,  concentrate on it just as hard as you can and as you do that , you will still be aware of my voice and you can let all of your body become very relaxed and comfortable ,  now in a little time  your eyes will become so relaxed and comfortable that they will want to close,  you feel the time,  that feels just right for you and when that happens you can feel even more relaxed and comfortable than you are feeling right now.  when that happens when your eyes close we can talk about some  things that are relaxing and comforting for you.  now let those eyes close and now you are so comfortable and peaceful .  From the top of your head all the way down to the bottom of your toes and when you're feeling so relaxed and comfortable like you feel right now you might like to imagine  your in your favorite place in the whole world . Being there right now . Everything about your favorite place is just the way you want it to be . I want you to begin breathing deeply and slowly before you let go completely and go into a deep hypnotic state. Just let yourself listen carefully to everything I have to say to you it's going to  happen automatically so you don't need to think about that now and you will have no conscious control over what happens. The muscles in and around your eyes will relax all by themselves as you continue breathing easy and freely. Without even  thinking about it you will soon be in a deep peaceful hypnotic state without any effort,  your subconscious mind will always be aware of what I'm saying to you so it keeps becoming less and less important for you to consciously listen to my voice. Your  subconscious mind  can hear and receive everything I tell you and your conscious mind can relax completely. You are continuing to experience perfect Peace of Mind and can feel yourself moving into the situation I described to you it's going to happen automatically and you don't even need to think about it consciously. Now I want you to imagine you're lying in a comfortable position near stream of fresh clear water and a beautiful forest on a beautiful summer day there is a warm gentle breeze and the air is fresh and clean and the sound of the peaceful streams very relaxing it becomes less important for you to consciously listen to my voice because your subconscious mind and all levels of your inner mind are hearing and receiving everything I say in your mind you are enjoying the beauty of nature as the sunlight shines through the trees and you are listening to the gentle flow of water and the birds singing cheerfully . You are lying there comfortably relaxing it is so peaceful that you continue feeling more relaxed than ever before in your entire life as you continue enjoying this peaceful pleasant experience . You feel drowsiness is coming over your whole body from the top of the head to the bottom of your feet he continue feeling calmer more relaxed and more secure and as you lie there with your eyes closed you are so relaxed and so comfortable and happy that you continue moving into a more peaceful more detached state. It may seem like you're drifting into a state of sleep there may be times when it seems like my voice is a long way away and there may be times when I'm talking to you that you will not be consciously aware of my voice and that's OK because your subconscious mind is still receiving every word I say and is making you believe everything  I tell you from now on. You will be influenced only by possible thoughts ideas and feelings, the following thoughts come to you, I am calm secure and relaxed, I am comfortable , I'm responsible for my body and will always treat my body well, my inner mind enables me to be relaxed and calm as I go about the activities of my daily life.  In a moment I'm going to relax more completely I'm going to start counting backwards from 10-1. The moment I say the number 10 you will allow your eyelids to remain closed in your mind's eye you see yourself at the top of a small set of stairs the moment I say the number 9 and each additional number you will simply move down these stairs and relax and at the bottom of the stairs theres a large feather bed with a comfortable feather pillow and the moment I say the number one you will simply sink into that bed resting your head on that feather pillow . Number ten eyes closed at the top of those stairs.  9 relaxing and letting go 8 sinking into a more comfortable calm peaceful position , 7 , 6 going way down 5 moving down those stairs relaxing more completely 4, 3 breathing deeply 2 on the next number #1 simply sinking into that bed becoming more calm more peaceful more relaxed 1 sinking into that featherbed let every muscle go limp and loose as you sink into a more calm peaceful state of relaxation. I can become the person I choose to become because within me are all the traits that make it possible to know and believe that I will become what I think about .

This section is made up to suit the individual. It should include a couple of ideas you want to improve such as “ Every time I hop on to ride, I feel excited to try new things etc” or I can feel my confidence steadily building up, I feel I can do this “

Every time you hear these positive thoughts ,each time that you use this method for easy relaxation you relax more easily more quickly and more deeply. now I'm going to count from one to five and then I'll say fully aware at the count of five your eyes are open and you are then fully aware feeling calm rested refreshed relaxed alright 1 slowly calmly easily you're returning to your full awareness once again 2 each muscle and nerve in your body is loose and limp and relaxed and you're feeling wonderfully good 3  you're feeling perfect in every way, physically perfect ,mental perfect excited for your next ride. on the number 4 your eyes begin to feel sparkling clear and your mind alive and excited. on the next number your mind feels happy and contented 5 your aware of your surroundings again, you stretch your toes and smile, your ready for a blissful , relaxed sleep -

eyelids open feeling fully aware feeling  refreshed ,excited, invigorated #5 you're fully aware now eyelids open take a good deep breath fill up your lungs and stretch and smile you feel wonderful and ready for the next ride.
